This Day Ride from June 27, 2010 is re-posted here from our old website:
On Sunday June 27th – Silas and Tracy ran the store for us- so we decided to take a day ride.
We met our good friend Steve Woodford at Biker Rags right at 10am and then headed out.

We took Kingston Pike to Lenoir City- jumped on Route 70 and headed toward Kingston. We rode through Kingston on to Rockwood where we stopped and took a few photos.

After a few minutes, we headed out and took 27 to Spring City. We rode through downtown and then headed south where we took 68 to Watts Bar Dam. We stopped at the beach below the dam.

After viewing the dam, we got back on 68 and headed to Sweetwater. Once in Sweetwater- we stopped at the A&W for lunch.
After lunch, we gassed up then got on Old 68- rode through Madisonville and then got on 411. We headed to Vonore, where we took 72 North to 444 that goes through Tellico Village. We got to Tellico Dam, and then got on 321 and headed to Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson.

We got back to our home in North Knoxville around 3:00 pm. Our total ride was right at 176 miles and the weather was beautiful all day.
