CONARD SHULTZ DAY

September 21, 2014 was Conard Shultz Day at Biker Rags! We had a terrific day with lots of folks and the rain even held off until after we ate, until after we presented Conard with his plaque and until after Mayor Tim Burchett proclaimed September 21, 2014 Conard Shultz Day.

We especially want to thank everyone who brought a bike out and entered it into the show. A huge thank you to Conard and his wife Marie, the Time Warp Vintage Motorcycle Club and Mayor Tim Burchett. Also thank you to all the guys who helped us break down the party once the rain started. And a double huge thank you to Reasonable Ron and his crew who always bring the party with them.

Also Ron Lewelling, long time friend of ours and proprietor of Reasonable Ron’s, gave Jeff and I an antique motorized bicycle for display inside the store. (Yes… I said GAVE!) THANK YOU Ron!!!

It was an awesome day! We celebrated and honored Conard Shultz, a man who has been customizing British and vintage motorcycles for sixty years. At age 82, Conard is still going strong. We are blessed to have him with us in the motorcycle world.
